• Kattitude is a Veterinarian checked and approved cattery. We are a FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), and FeLV (Feline Leukemia) negative cattery. Our cats that we have screened for HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) have all tested negative. This is a screening that we continue to do annually. We provide the very best health care for our kittens/cats, and expect the buyers of our cats/kittens to continue to do the same.

• Our kittens are sold with written health guarantees, and have received their first set of vaccinations, which are for FVP, FVR. FVC, before leaving Kattitude. Older kittens will have received their first set of vaccinations.

• Kittens sold as pets are spayed/neutered prior to leaving Kattitude. The cost of the early spay/neuter is a nominal charge to our kitten/cat purchasers which is NOT included in the kitten/cat price. In some cases kittens/cats may be sold with spay/neuter contracts, but the TICA registration form and pedigree will be retained by Kattitude until a Veterinarian's certificate of spay/neuter has been presented. Since all Kattitude pet kittens and cats are required to be altered the Veterinarian's fee will be the responsibility of the purchaser whenever the spay/neuter is performed.

• All of our litters are registered with The International Cat Association (TICA).

• We are members in good standing with TIBCS (The International Bengal Cat Society), TIBBA (The International Bengal Breeders Association), and TICA (The International Cat Association) and proudly adhere to their Code of Ethics.

• Kattitude kittens/cats come with a written sales agreement between Kattitude Bengals and the kitten/cat purchaser.

• Our kittens remain with us until they are at least twelve weeks of age. There are several reasons for this. Kittens that leave for their forever home around 12 weeks of age are well socialized. They usually can handle new experiences without a great deal of stress or fear. Their socialization comes not only from their human family, but also from mom and littermates. Over the 12 weeks they have learned how to play, how to use the litter box, how to groom themselves, and how to interact with humans as well as other cats. When the time comes for them to leave us they are mentally and physically ready.

Our cats and kittens are each one very special to us. We strive to match our kittens and buyers. We love answering questions, so please feel free to ask as many as you like. There are questions we will ask of you in hopes of assisting you in selecting your kitten. Placing Kattitude kittens in homes where they will be loved and cared for their entire life is our goal.

“Pet” kitten Deposit

$150.00 refundable deposit up to kittens age of 8 weeks, non - refundable after kitten turns 8 weeks of age. Pet kitten prices start at $600. The price may increase depending on the kitten's pattern and conformity to the Bengal standards. Pet TICA registration papers are officially designated "not for breeding, not for showing."

“Breeder/Show” Deposit

$200.00 refundable deposit up to kittens age of 8 weeks, non-refundable after kitten turns 8 weeks. Breeder & show kittens are the kittens which appear to have the best qualities for the advancement of breed development and conform to the Bengal standards.

Deposits are refundable until a kitten reaches 8 weeks of age. After 8 weeks of age all deposits are non-refundable. If for any unexpected reason we are not able to place the kitten with you the deposit will be refunded.

We encourage our prospective kitten buyers to visit us at our cattery. Please call to schedule a time to meet us and view our kittens. If a personal visit is not possible, we are always happy to visit with you over the phone and e-mail you lots of pictures!

Shipping

If you are unable to pick up your new kitten in person, we will gladly ship your kitten to you. Shipping is available within the USA during the months allowed by the airlines. We ship out of DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) via American Airlines.

There are additional charges passed on to the buyer for shipping a cat/kitten. These costs include the airline shipping fee, carrier, and health certificate. These costs are NOT included in the kitten/cat price and are non-refundable. All fees incurred for shipping must be received by us no later than 14 days prior to shipping.
